Pelican Waters Home
Working closely with the Builder – Boss Developments, we designed & documented a wonderful new home. A spacious floorplan will allow great flexibility for the future occupants.
Bedrooms are split in such a way that the layout could potentially suit either a family with children or an older couple with a separate zone for the kids/grandkids or guests.
Project outcome
Indoor/outdoor connection was achieved by way of three decks – One facing North and another to the East allowing for maximum access to light and breezes.
