Instead, your build will be entirely custom to what you’re after, while also being climate responsive and tailored to your site (and your taste).

Our Building Design Service takes care of all the documentation you need to get a Building or Development approval for your project, including: Design and Drafting of Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Window & Door Schedules, Lighting and Electrical Plans, basic Joinery Plans, 3D views. 3d renderings (*additional fees may apply).

Coordination of all the consultants (and docs) you will need – Certifier, Town planner, Structural Engineer, Surveyor, Energy Efficiency consultant.

We even assist you with selecting your Builder.
